Description
The Branch Manager provides overall leadership to branch location staff, oversees branch operations and compliance, manages customer service and community relations, supervises lending and credit activities, reviews staff performance, and coordinates staffing and security matters. The role requires an associate degree or equivalent and at least five years of related experience, along with management, human resources, communication, credit, banking, regulatory, employee development, and public relations knowledge. The salary range is $47,276.77 to $78,794.61.
