Financial Plus Credit Union is hiring a Branch Manager for its Retail Delivery department. The role manages branch profitability, sales, staffing, compliance, member relationships, loan applications, audits, security, and branch operations; it also leads staff development, resolves escalated member issues, and coordinates with marketing, lending, technology, and facilities. The position requires three to five years of progressive financial-industry management experience, a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field as a plus, strong sales and leadership skills, Microsoft proficiency, and the ability to learn the Symitar core processing system. The salary is $75,000-$95,000 per year plus bonus.
