The role focuses on coaching and developing sales representatives, driving demand creation, managing sales KPIs and pipeline discipline, supporting customer engagement, promoting CRM and sales tools, and maintaining branch safety and operational processes. The position requires proven leadership experience, preferably in Inside Sales, strong coaching and communication skills, and experience managing KPIs and pipeline processes.
