Sleep Comfort is hiring a Branch Manager to lead its Jbeil showroom, manage daily operations, supervise and motivate the sales team, achieve sales targets, maintain customer satisfaction, monitor inventory and showroom presentation, prepare reports, and develop new business opportunities. The role requires at least three years of sales management experience, preferably in furniture, mattresses, or home furnishing, along with leadership, communication, customer service, sales-target achievement, Microsoft Office, and reporting skills. A one-month training program at the main branch in Karantina is required before assuming full responsibility for the Jbeil branch.
