Description
CAPiTO Schwetzingen Learning Center is hiring a part-time Branch Manager to organize and coordinate the branch with another management colleague for 3–4 days per week, approximately 5 hours per day, with core hours from 12:00 to 17:00. The role includes timetable organization, customer and contract discussions, database maintenance, student support, and coordination of on-site teaching staff. Candidates should have experience organizing and leading a team or branch, a pedagogical mindset, strong organizational skills, and a strong sense of responsibility for branch development. The position is on-site and includes company events and free drinks.
