MacKay is hiring a Branch Manager to lead and grow its largest branch and Vancouver office. Reporting to the Northwest Region Vice President, the role oversees seven key leads across multidisciplinary service teams and is responsible for branch operations, employee development, compliance, business development, client relations, project oversight, budgeting, financial performance, and regional representation. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, at least 10 years of AEC industry experience including 5 years in leadership, and extensive knowledge of engineering, land development, construction, surveying, or environmental consulting. A Professional Engineering or Professional Land Surveyor credential is preferred. The role offers a US pay range of $180,000–$220,000, medical, dental, vision, retirement, disability, and other benefits, and is open until filled.
