Bäckerei Mareis is hiring an experienced Branch Manager for its Landshut branch. The role independently manages the branch, leads and develops the sales team, engages in sales and customer service, oversees product presentation, cash handling, ordering, and inventory, monitors hygiene and quality standards, implements promotions, collaborates with Sales and district managers, and assists with shift and vacation scheduling. The position requires several years of sales experience, ideally in the bakery or food sector, documented leadership experience, organizational and business skills, customer and team presence, responsibility, reliability, decision-making ability, and willingness to work a shift model including weekends.
