PNC is hiring a Branch Manager for its Retail Branch organization in Baltimore, Maryland. The role is an in-office banking leadership position responsible for managing branch performance, driving revenue and customer loyalty, coaching and developing branch staff, ensuring strong client experience across omnichannel banking, and maintaining operational and regulatory compliance. The position requires at least 3 years of related experience, no degree, and the ability to serve as a Notary Public in the applicable state; PNC will not provide employment visa sponsorship or participate in STEM OPT.
