Description
The AVP, Branch Service Officer leads and develops branch staff, drives sales and operational efficiency, provides high-quality customer service, and offers bank products and services to new and existing customers. The role includes coaching employees, maintaining compliance, handling transactions, serving small-business customers, and participating in community outreach. It requires at least four years of management or supervisory experience, strong sales and communication skills, and preferably a college degree and bilingual English-Spanish skills.
