Rexel USA is hiring a Branch Manager to lead and develop a branch team while overseeing profitable and safe branch operations. The role manages sales and operational initiatives, branch profit and loss, safety and security, inventory, customer and vendor relationships, and may include deliveries and other branch or warehouse duties. Candidates need at least five years of sales, operations, electrical distribution, or similar B2B experience, two years of leadership experience, a valid driver’s license, and a high school diploma or GED; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
