Rexel Canada is hiring a Branch Manager based in St. Catherines, Ontario, to manage the operations of an electrical distribution branch. The role oversees sales, warehousing, expenses, budgeting, inventory, hiring, training, and coaching of branch staff, while also managing the branch’s P&L, ensuring customer service and health and safety compliance, and supporting brand and sales initiatives. Candidates need at least 2–3 years of supervisory and sales experience, a proven record of achieving revenue targets, electrical industry experience, and strong communication, problem-solving, leadership, teamwork, organization, and interpersonal skills. The anticipated annual base salary is approximately CAD 70,000, with variable pay and other rewards components not included.
