HSBC is hiring a Branch Manager for its Retail Banking and Wealth business in Hong Kong. The role leads and manages a branch, delivers branch business plans, oversees sales and customer experience, optimizes resources and costs, coaches managers and staff, develops customer relationships, and makes recommendations on staffing, distribution planning, and process improvements. Candidates should have university-level business education preferred, progressive management experience, strong business acumen, numerical performance-management ability, knowledge of wealth and retail distribution, relevant insurance and investment licenses with continuing professional development compliance, and Cantonese and English proficiency; Mandarin is advantageous.
