Talentus is hiring an experienced Branch Manager for a hardware and technical-supplies distribution company’s Sint-Niklaas location. The role leads and motivates the branch team, oversees financial operations and growth planning, supports commercial initiatives, manages the store environment and schedules, organizes training, monitors retail trends, and handles customer issues. It is a full-time 40-hour-per-week position with employee hospitalization insurance, group insurance, meal and eco-vouchers, compensatory rest, and vacation periods. Candidates need at least three years of leadership experience, at least three years of retail experience, strong commercial and organizational skills, and excellent Dutch; technical-product knowledge is advantageous but not required.
