Description
The Branch Manager will lead a branch alongside two consultants, driving customer relationships, commercial growth, branch planning and budgets, recruitment, project monitoring, performance reporting, and operational processes. The role requires MBO level 4 or HBO education, at least three years of leadership and team-development experience, strong communication and customer-focus, and the ability to translate strategies into action. It offers a temporary contract with the prospect of permanent employment, flexible hours, partly remote work, and a monthly salary of €3,473 to €5,001.
