Description
The Branch Manager leads the overall operations, financial performance, customer satisfaction, workforce development, safety, and continuous improvement of an assigned landscape service branch. The role partners with Account Managers, Production Managers, field leadership, and corporate partners to drive revenue growth, profitability, contract execution, client retention, and operational excellence. It requires at least five years of progressive leadership experience in commercial landscaping, construction, facilities management, or a related service industry, along with experience managing branch operations, budgets, multiple teams, and business performance metrics.
