White Cap is hiring immediately for a Branch Manager to oversee assigned locations, manage profit and loss and inventory, safeguard assets, coordinate staffing and training, develop customer and vendor relationships, monitor local markets, and pursue business growth. The role requires at least seven years of related experience, an acceptable motor vehicle record, and the ability to operate a company or personal vehicle more than 20% of the average work week. Preferred qualifications include sales order software experience, Oracle, wholesale distribution experience, and Spanish proficiency. The Hawaii pay range is $83,500 to $130,100 annually, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, leave, and other benefits.
