Wibra is hiring a hands-on Branch Manager for its Bennekom store. The role works directly with the team on the shop floor, coordinates deliveries and store operations, creates schedules, coaches employees, conducts interviews, and supports customer satisfaction. Candidates need experience as an Assistant Branch Manager or Team Leader, MBO-level working ability, physical fitness, strong organization and communication skills, and a results-oriented approach. The position offers 32–38 hours per week, a gross monthly salary of €2,670–€3,038 based on 38 hours, vacation days, premium pay, an employee discount, pension membership, and career advancement opportunities.
