Description
Bunq is hiring a Branch Manager for Ireland and Belgium to convert its presence in both markets into full local branches, own the regulatory relationship with the National Bank of Belgium and the Central Bank of Ireland, localize AML/CFT frameworks, decide escalated retail customer due diligence cases, and build AI-driven automation. The role requires prior experience with a supervisory relationship, regulated-entity setup or licence-change projects, and deep AML/CFT knowledge in Ireland or Belgium. The position is remote after an initial Amsterdam onboarding period, with two work weeks per quarter in Amsterdam and the remainder in Belgium.
