The employer is hiring a permanent Branch Director (m/f/d) for its Hamburg freight forwarding location, which employs around 35 people in air and ocean freight import and export. The role owns the location’s full P&L, sales, commercial, operational, customer, budget, KPI, compliance, and digitalization responsibilities, while developing the branch and collaborating with executive management. Candidates need several years of comparable leadership experience in an international air and ocean freight forwarding company, strong business administration and KPI skills, German and English at least at C1, and familiarity with CargoWise.
