Description
Badger is seeking a Branch Manager to oversee the safe, cost-effective, efficient day-to-day operations and financial performance of an assigned branch area. The role develops and executes annual business plans, grows the business and customer base, maintains service standards, leads health and safety practices, manages customer relationships, and holds direct reports accountable. A bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience is required, along with preferred management experience in industrial, construction, trucking, utilities, oil and gas, waste, or equipment rental industries and at least three years of full profit-and-loss management experience.
