Description

Nuvision Credit Union is seeking a Branch Manager I, Assistant Vice President (BM I, AVP) to lead and implement branch sales, service, and business plans. This role involves maximizing returns on human and financial resources, developing new business opportunities, promoting products/services, and coaching staff to ensure quality service. The BM I, AVP will oversee daily operations, ensure compliance with policies, and foster community engagement.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 3+ years in a financial institution, including two (2) years supervisory experience at a Branch Supervisor level, outside Business Development, experience in a sales culture and supervised at least 5 people of which at least 1 must be a lead/supervisor.
Preferred Qualifications: 4+ years management experience in financial institutions plus 2 years with Nuvision Financial, including two years supervisory experience in a branch at least the size of the branch for which they are applying, outside Business Development, experienced in driving sales and managing/leading a team.
Knowledge of all depository and loan products at Nuvision, Knowledge of Sales / Service Techniques, preparation of job descriptions, preparation of annual branch budget, and annual performance evaluations. Share insurance and regulations.
Medallion Stamp Certified.
Notary.
College degree in business related field.
