BancFirst is hiring a full-time, onsite Branch Manager in Edmond, Oklahoma. The role oversees branch operations, audits, internal controls, customer service, employee performance and coaching, budgets, sales goals, and the acquisition of new loan and deposit business. Banking and management experience are required, along with leadership, regulatory knowledge, customer service, communication, sales, and Microsoft Office skills; a business administration degree, retail banking sales record, and Spanish bilingual ability are preferred.
