The role leads branch employees, manages reservations, pickups, vendors, customer service, sales, budgets, safety, training, and performance reviews, and is responsible for profitability, market penetration, and branch objectives. It requires a high school diploma or general equivalency diploma, previous management experience in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency with technology and Microsoft Office; an associate degree and car rental, hospitality, or tourism experience are preferred.
