The Branch Manager I represents Hertz Global brands and oversees the delivery and performance of the Hertz product to customers, community leaders, business partners, vendors, and government entities. The role leads all employees, manages operating performance, customer satisfaction, safety, service, budgets, vendor relations, staff coaching, training, performance reviews, meetings, and corporate policy compliance. It requires a high school diploma or general equivalency diploma, previous management experience in a fast-paced environment, strong team leadership, technology proficiency, and knowledge of financial, customer service, sales, operations, project, and labor-management topics. The salary is $52,000 per year, with variable shift hours.
