Description
The Branch Manager II supports the Retail Area Manager and oversees branch operations, staff, customer service, compliance, sales, lending, loan reporting, collateral appraisals, and branch profitability. The role includes supervising and training tellers and other branch personnel, conducting audits, managing approvals, supporting other branches, and performing teller, vault, new-account, utility, and safe-deposit duties as needed. A bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field or equivalent work experience, along with 5–10 years of branch banking or management experience, is required.
