The client is hiring a Branch Manager (m/w/d) in Berlin to lead sales, recruiting, operations, and sustainable branch growth for a personnel services provider specializing in temporary staffing and recruitment. The role oversees the internal team, develops customers and new business partners, manages regional staffing and recruitment, meets KPIs, conducts customer visits, and collaborates with specialist departments. Candidates need personnel-services experience, at least two years in temporary staffing and recruitment, strong sales and leadership skills, a Class B driver’s license, and very good German. The position offers an open-ended employment contract, company car and mobile phone, pension, health management, employee participation, training, and one day of home office per week.
