JYSK is hiring a Branch Manager / Store Manager to lead a store in the Mannheim area after completing training at its store in Mutterstadt. The role manages people, sales and KPIs, customer service, store operations, stocking, and the store team, with development prospects up to Sales Manager or District Manager. Candidates need leadership experience in retail, catering, or services, strong customer and sales orientation, initiative, entrepreneurial results orientation, and very good German skills at least at C1 level.
