The role manages staff, sales and KPIs, customer service, store concepts, and shelf stocking, and offers onboarding, development, vacation and Christmas bonuses, a sales-based bonus, a tax-free benefits card, a company pension plan, 36 days of vacation, and flexible working hours. Candidates need leadership experience in retail, catering, or services, strong customer and sales orientation, initiative, entrepreneurial results orientation, and very good German skills at least at C1 level.
