Description
The Branch Manager, TRANSCON oversees the TRANSCON department and its staff, including personnel development, performance reviews, training, and branch operations. The role manages shipment and financial metrics, service provider programs, customer relationships, sales and retention activities, billing, accounts receivable and payable, intercompany accounting, compliance, and operational systems. It requires a bachelor’s degree or four years of industry-specific qualification, strong communication and negotiation skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and fluent English.
