Description
LAFCU's Branch Member Service Representative III provides member and nonmember service at branch or service-center locations, processes consumer account and loan applications, closes approved loans, supports mobile and online banking, cross-sells ancillary loan services, and assists with fraud and identity-theft issues. The role requires one to three years of similar or related experience, a high school education or GED, knowledge of credit union operations and regulatory guidelines, and reporting to the Branch Manager I/II. The full-time position offers a California base salary of $24.44 to $35.26 per hour, with a target starting range of $24.44 to $27.14.
