Community First is hiring a Branch Member Service Representative for its Neptune Beach Branch. The role serves as a trusted financial advisor, engages members and potential members, processes consumer and business loan applications, maintains accounts, performs teller transactions, conducts effective interviews, makes outbound onboarding calls, meets sales and quality goals, and complies with applicable financial regulations. The position requires one to three years of similar or related experience, a high school degree or equivalent, strong interpersonal and customer-service skills, and the ability to work independently, reliably, and for extended hours as needed.
