Community First is hiring a Branch Member Service Representative to serve as a trusted financial advisor, engage members, process consumer and business loan applications, maintain accounts, perform teller transactions, conduct effective interviews, make outbound onboarding calls, meet sales and quality goals, and comply with applicable financial regulations. The role requires one to three years of similar or related experience, a high school degree or equivalent, strong interpersonal and customer-service skills, and the ability to work independently in a climate-controlled indoor environment.
