Lansing Building Products is hiring a Branch Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a branch, including profitability, staffing, warehouse processes, inventory, fleet, payroll, deposits, cycle counts, and daily reporting. The role supervises inside sales staff and the warehouse manager, supports customer service, and seeks to improve branch operations and sales. Candidates should have management and supervisory experience, building-products or senior warehouse experience, strong communication and computer skills, and the ability to handle up to 70 pounds of heavy lifting.
