PCI is hiring a Branch Quality Engineer for its PCI Dallas 114 operations in Midlothian, Texas. The role supports branch project teams and the Regional Quality Manager with quality management system administration, customer and subcontractor quality plans, nonconformance and corrective/preventive actions, audits, KPI analysis, training, and quality presentations. The position requires 5–7 years of commercial or industrial construction experience, 2–3 years leading others, familiarity with SharePoint, Procore, and Microsoft Office, and the ability to travel 60% of the time. The salary range is $72,400–$97,000 annually plus a non-guaranteed annualized bonus program.
