Description
The Branch Services Representative processes member transactions, assists with account opening and maintenance, educates members on credit union products, conducts cross-selling and proactive outreach, supports branch operations, and ensures regulatory compliance. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, previous customer service or equivalent experience, strong communication and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and preferably bilingual English-Spanish ability and cash-handling experience. Starting pay is $21.69 per hour, with monthly and annual incentives and a 401(k) match.
