Description
The Branch Services Representative serves as a member’s single point of contact for ALEC credit union products and services, handling member transactions, account openings, cash and vault procedures, sales, relationship management, and branch security. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and two years of customer service experience with cash-handling experience; financial-institution service experience is preferred. The position may involve up to 15% local travel and pays $18.32 to $30.54 per hour.
