Responsibilities include managing petty cash, providing monthly revenue updates, planning and controlling operations, supporting field auditors and inspectors, coordinating staff, equipment, and technical resources, liaising with clients, resolving complaints and claims, and participating in operational integrity projects. The position requires a senior certificate, a tertiary qualification in Engineering, Chemistry, or Statistics, a VLC SANAS ISO17025 course, and five years of management experience, with scheduling, safety and quality, and sample preparation experience also listed.
