Description
Plumb Centre, part of the Wolseley Group, is hiring a full-time permanent Branch Supervisor in Lowestoft. The role supports the Branch Manager with daily branch operations, supervises and trains staff, serves trade-counter customers, processes sales, handles warehouse goods-in and goods-out, picks and packs orders, and occasionally drives a 3.5-tonne delivery van. Candidates should have customer service or sales experience, preferably in the trade merchant industry, strong communication skills, a team-oriented attitude, willingness to run the branch during the manager's absence, a positive work ethic, and a full UK manual driving licence. The role is 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday with Saturday rota shifts.
