Indie Campers is hiring a hands-on Branch Supervisor, also described as a City Lead, to run daily operations at a small campervan and RV depot. The role coordinates rental workflows, documentation, cleaning and maintenance, customer service, fleet readiness, KPI tracking, ancillary-product sales, shift allocation, onboarding, RV sales-appointment preparation, and depot cost control. It requires 4–6 years of experience in fast-paced operations, logistics, rental, hospitality, or customer-facing environments, a Category B driving license, English proficiency, physical ability to move 10–15 kg items, and flexibility for weekends, holidays, peak periods, and extended shifts.
