Nuvision Credit Union is hiring a Branch Team Lead to supervise and coach Relationship Specialists while performing complex branch banking operations. The role handles member transactions, deposit and loan services, cash balancing, account maintenance, referrals and cross-selling, compliance and fraud audits, vault activities, scheduling, transaction approvals and overrides, and branch opening or closing. It requires progressive sales or operations experience, lead teller experience, knowledge of cash handling and banking regulations, strong communication and organizational skills, and a high school diploma. The position is based in Alaska with a stated salary range of $26.57 to $39.86 per hour and includes medical, dental, vision, retirement matching, paid time off, and other benefits.
