Nuvision Credit Union is hiring a Branch Team Lead to supervise and coach Relationship Specialist staff while performing advanced branch banking and teller operations. The role handles member transactions, account opening and maintenance, cash balancing, vault and card services, transaction approvals and overrides, compliance and fraud audits, scheduling, sales huddles, cross-selling, referrals, training, and branch opening or closing. The position requires progressive sales or operations experience, lead teller experience, strong cash-handling and regulatory knowledge, communication and leadership skills, and a high school diploma. The Alaska pay range is $26.57 to $39.86 per hour, with medical, dental, vision, life insurance, retirement matching, paid time off, training, and tuition reimbursement.
