Nuvision Credit Union is hiring a Branch Team Lead to supervise and coach Relationship Specialists, oversee branch transactions and cash balancing, approve transactions beyond frontline limits, manage scheduling and vault activities, conduct audits, support sales goals through cross-selling and referrals, and open or close the branch when needed. The role requires progressive sales or operations experience, Lead Teller experience, knowledge of financial regulations and deposit and loan products, strong cash-handling, communication, organizational, leadership, and computer skills, and a high school diploma. The Southern California pay range is $26.57 to $39.86 per hour, with medical, dental, vision, life insurance, retirement matching, paid time off, training, and tuition reimbursement benefits.
