Description
The Branch Universal Representative assists new and existing Credit Union members in person and by telephone with teller transactions, account opening and closing, loan applications, transfers, deposits, withdrawals, cash drawer balancing, member records, product information, and problem resolution. The role also promotes marketing campaigns, educates members, and processes loan applications. It requires one to three years of similar or related experience, a high school education or GED, interpersonal and communication skills, and knowledge of credit union operations.
