The Headkount Brand Advisor builds relationships with stores, brands, and retail employees to increase productivity and sales across beauty retailer locations in the Honolulu, Hawaii market. The role includes achieving sales goals, educating retail staff on products and selling strategies, maintaining merchandising and brand guidelines, hosting branded events, completing in-store surveys, and communicating through the Headkount app. Candidates need at least two years of beauty-brand or beauty-retailer experience, strong retail selling and education skills, event-hosting experience, communication and self-motivation abilities, technology proficiency, a working smartphone, reliable transportation, and a flexible schedule including weekends.
