The Headkount Brand Advisor builds relationships with stores, brands, and retail employees to increase productivity and sales across the Seattle, Washington market. The role involves achieving sales goals, educating retail staff on supported brands, maintaining merchandising and brand guidelines, hosting branded events, completing in-store surveys, and communicating through the Headkount app. Candidates need at least two years of beauty-brand or beauty-retail experience, strong retail selling and education skills, event-hosting experience, communication and self-motivation abilities, technology proficiency, a working smartphone, reliable transportation, and a flexible schedule including weekends.
