On is hiring a Brand Ambassador to represent the brand in-store, educate retail staff, create apparel displays, support product placement and signage, and submit photos and feedback through a mobile app. The role requires retail, merchandising, and product-training experience, strong communication and relationship-building skills, smartphone and reporting-tool proficiency, reliable transportation, and availability for nights and weekends. Compensation starts at $25 per hour plus travel incentives, with a flexible schedule and visits to dedicated stores once to twice monthly.
