7-Eleven is hiring immediately for Brand Enhancement Technicians to help maintain store appearance and perform facility upkeep tasks such as high-pressure surface restoration, parking lot striping, ADA safety and compliance painting, and general visual standards maintenance. The role includes paid drive time, a sign-on bonus up to $3,000, and benefits such as medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), PTO, holidays, tuition reimbursement, and adoption assistance. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED preferred, at least 1 year of experience, a valid driver’s license, and skills in leadership, peer-to-peer technical support, project/stretch assignments, and facility ownership.
