RevolutionRace is hiring a Brand Store Manager to lead the opening and daily operations of its first German brand store at Westfield Centro in Oberhausen. The role is responsible for sales targets, customer experience, team recruitment and development, employee conversations, scheduling, workplace safety, local marketing, and community events. The position requires 3–5 years of retail team leadership experience, store-opening and customer-focused store-building experience, knowledge of retail cash systems and IT infrastructure, and fluent German and English. It is an uncontracted full-time role with an opening in the fall of 2026.
