Description
The Break Supervisor manages production activities and a team of technicians, ensuring schedules, quality, setup, trials, cleaning, and equipment maintenance are followed. The role supervises and coordinates staff, handles administrative production work, may act as an internal Quality Management System auditor, and requires technical production knowledge, drawing and procedure understanding, manual dexterity, organization, leadership, and material-handling certification. It is a full-time temporary contract with a view to permanent employment, scheduled mainly over two shifts.
