Description
Halfords is hiring a full-time Breakdown Advisor for its Stafford Support Centre in a 24/7 commercial fleet services environment. The role manages breakdown calls, resolves customer and supplier issues, meets SLA and KPI targets, and supports workflow and service delivery. The primary schedule is 07:00–19:00 on a 4-on-4-off basis, with hours open to discussion, and all shifts are onsite at the Stafford office. The advertised base salary is £25,446 per annum, with pension and 20 days of annual leave.
